Our military department specialize in the research, development and production of metallic, nonmetallic military or police bulletproof series, explosion-proof series and foreign military and police bulletproof or explosion-proof series products and equipment, relying on a lot of talents of hi-tech research and technical core members and employing the domestic experts on military bulletproof materials.
We have complete types of products and advanced production facilities. Moreover, our plant owns the sound and perfect quality assurance system, and also owns rich technical information and production experience, and our plant has the capacity of producing 0.2 million helmets annually.
Our plant has constantly absorbed the new international techniques and information of new products for a long period, which makes all the performance indexes of our bulletproof and explosion-proof products reach the advanced level at home and abroad, and all kinds of products were awarded attestation certificates of quality by the authoritative detecting departments such as the Detecting Center of National Special Products, Ministry of National Public Security and Ministry of Weapon Industry etc. and two patent certificates issued by the government.

Our plant was one of the fixed-point production units awarded firstly by Ministry of Public Security, and the enterprise of member unit of the communication in Commission of Police Signs under Ministry of Public Security. According to the latest standard of public safety trade issued by Ministry of Public Security, our plant carries out the standardization and specification of products which we had designed and produced, such as the bulletproof steel helmet, police duty steel helmet, ABS police duty helmet, so as to make them play a crucial role in enforcing the construction of police, the modernized construction of equipment and safeguard of the public security.
Our civil department own the best technology and production lines with critical machines imported from Japan and Germany, which promise the top annual production ability. And more than 100 professionals make sure consistent creation and market-oriented route. We are also authenticated by IS09001, and strictly obey the rules of ISO to guarantee the quality.
